Freeze Dried Cottage Cheese

This package contains approximately 1 Oz of freeze dried cottage cheese. Can be rehydrated into cottage cheese or eaten as is for a crunchy cheesy snack. Freeze dried cottage cheese is similar to cheese puffs with a delicate cheese flavor. When rehydrated 2 Oz is approximately 2 servings. 

Can be eaten as is or rehydrated. Add 1 cup of water to the package and wait 15 minutes to rehydrate. 

Freeze drying can preserve food for up to 30 years with the right storage conditions and packaging.
